SHIPPING POLICY

Home delivery within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) for €5.50 including tax.

TBS Education allows you to have your package delivered to your home. If you choose this delivery method, your package will be delivered to you within 48 hours after placing your order.

30 DAYS FREE RETURNS

You have 30 days to return any products that are not suitable (free in Metropolitan France). Please note that no worn or washed products will be accepted for return. To return them, simply follow these 4 steps:

- Log in to your account and click on "History and details of my orders"

- Select the item to exchange and indicate the reason for your return: for example, size exchange

- Once your return is confirmed by email, a return label will be sent to you which you will need to print and stick on your package.

- You can then drop off your package at a post office, we will proceed with the exchange or refund upon receipt and verification of the products.

During the holiday season, returns are extended until January 31.
