TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Unless otherwise expressly stipulated, all sales are subject to the following general terms and conditions:

1 - Purpose

TBS Education is an e-commerce site for the online sale of printed t-shirts, sweatshirts, and accessories in France.

2 - Sales

Each sale is considered accepted and final once the sales process on the site has been fully completed. After this process is completed, the buyer receives an order confirmation email and becomes the owner of the product(s) ordered from the time they are shipped by TBS Education.

3 - Purchase Terms

Any purchase on the site can be made once a customer account has been created. The site collects only the data strictly necessary to process and ship the order. The site commits to not sharing any personal data with third parties unless they are partners of the site. All information collected complies with current CNIL regulations.

4 - Pricing and Payment Methods

The applicable prices for each product are those displayed on the site at the time of order. Apart from vouchers, promotional offers, and discounts that may be applied on a commercial basis, no price changes can be applied.

Displayed prices are inclusive of all taxes (TTC).

Payment is made online via a secure payment system. Banking data is communicated directly via the site to the entities directly and solely involved in payment processing. The site guarantees that it does not collect or store any data related to the bank transaction required for order payment.

5 - Delivery Times

Delivery times are provided in good faith as an estimate, and any delays that may occur cannot result in any compensation from us, nor justify a refusal of the goods.

Direct Colissimo shipment to the customer at a rate of €4.99
Direct Colissimo shipment to the school (France point) at a rate of €4.99
International shipping within the EU: €8.50 or worldwide: €15
In-person pickup at the workshop (free)
